Winifred C. Jehle, 81, died Monday in Mercy Hospital, Iowa City, following a long illness.

Survivors include a daughter, Bernice Murdock of Waterloo; a son, Kenneth of West Liberty; three sisters, Orpha Thomas of Pueblo, Colo., Ileene Larson of Lyle, Minn., and Ruth Salisbury of Austin, Minn.; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Services: 11 a.m. Thursday, Barker's, where friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today. Burial: Oak Ridge Cemetery.
