CHARLES JEHLE DIES SUNDAY

33-Year-Old West Liberty Man Succumbs at Hospital Here

WEST LIBERTY — Charles Jehle, 33, died at 6:20 Sunday morning in the University hospital, Iowa City, where he had been a patient since January. His body was removed to the Conner Funeral home. Services will be held at 2:30 o'clock Wednesday afternoon in the Christian church, the Rev. F. W. Button officiating. Burial will be in Oak Ridge cemetery.

He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Jehle and was born June 29, 1906, near Nichols, Iowa. Following his marriage to Winifred Marshall of this place, they have made their home here.

Surviving are three children, Charles, Jr., Kenneth, Bernice; three brothers, Roy and Robert Jehle, Iowa City; Will, Lone Tree; one sister, Mrs. Margaret Tague, Iowa City.
