Tamara L. McCormick, 53 died Friday Evening, August 31, 2012, from injuries received in an auto accident.

Come Join us to celebrate her life at the VFW POST #3949, (609 Hwy 6 Bypass E, Iowa City, IA 52240) The Party is this Sunday the 9th at 2:00pm
A memorial fund has been established in her memory. Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Services is caring for her family and arrangements at this time.

She was born January 15, 1959, in Bellflower, California, the daughter of Robert and Joeleen (Paxson) Krause. She has been employed at Walmart in Coralville.

Her family includes her sons, Philip Abshier and Michael Vasquez; granddaughters, Alexis Vasquez & Sunshine Zwolanek; mother, Joeleen Krause; sister, Nancy Hemphill; brother, Joel Krause and several nieces and nephews along with an extensive list of "adopted" family members and co-workers that ALL will love and miss her dearly.
