Cedar Rapids GazetteEmily Rose Avakian, 14, 2137 North Ridge Dr. died Thursday morning, June 5, 2003, in Blank Children's Hospital, Des Moines, following a lengthy illness. Graveside services: 1p.m. Saturday, Oak Hill Cemetary, by the Rev. Steve Rachke. Friends may call from noon until service time, Saturday at Lensing's Oak Hill Coralville.
Survivors include her parents, Robert and Lisbeth Avakian and two sisters, Anna V and Grace M. all of Coralville.
