Jay C. Hawkins, 48, of 712 5th Street in Coralville, died Saturday, August 2, 2003 at University of Iowa Healthcare of a heart attack.

Mr. Hawkins chose to be cremated. Memorial services will be held at 5:00pm on Saturday at Lloyd Casey Funeral Home 2901 S. Washington, Marion, Iowa. The family will greet friends one hour before at the funeral.
