SHIRLEE M. SPITLER age 71 of 2315 Rochester Avenue, Iowa City passed away Tuesday, August 19, 2003 at
Mercy Hospital after a brief illness.

In accordance with her wishes, no funeral services are planned, internment will take place at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Iowa City. A brief rememberance service will be held for the immediate family at a later date.
In lieu of cards or flowers, the family requests gifts be made in her name to the Sisters of Mercy, Mercy
Hospital, Iowa City, IA.
