Kylie J. Perkins, 20, of Iowa City, died unexpectedly, Wednesday, December 30, 2009.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, January 5, 2010, at the Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City. Visitation will be from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. Burial will take place at Memory Gardens Cemetery in Iowa City. A memorial fund has been established in Kylie's name. Kylie's family includes her parents; William and Marcia Perkins, sister; Devon Perkins, grandmother; Clemantine Perkins, aunts; Angela Kelly and Nora Perkins and an uncle; Clifford Perkins as well numerous cousins.

Kylie was preceded in death by her grandfather; John "JW" Perkins and great-grandmother; Barbara McCutcheon.
