Eugenia Jean Cady, 78 formerly of 913 Willow Street, Iowa City died Wednesday, January 14, 2004 at Greenwood Manor after a brief illness.

Eugenia was born January 30, 1925 the daughter of Joseph M. and Marian Pawlukiewicz Mikrut. She was raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan and graduated from Central Catholic high school in Grand Rapids, Michigan. She worked for NCS in the packaging department. She was a member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church.

She is survived by her children Deborah L. McDonald of North Liberty, Iowa, Janine M. Hammes of Marion, Iowa, Robert G. Cady, Charles A. Cady, Joseph A. Cady, Richard A. Cady, Tim G. Cady all of Iowa City, Iowa, George D. Cady of Tipton, Iowa. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is also survived by her half brother, C.J Pawlukiewicz of Fulton, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Isidore Mikrut, one half sister, Victoria Zyniewicz and one brother, Anthony Mikrut.
