Robert G. Miller, 81 formerly of Iowa City died Thursday, March 17, 2005 at the Marshalltown Veterans Home after a lengthy illness.

Robert was born November 14, 1923 in Iowa City, Iowa the son of August G. and Getrude (Strub) Miller. He served in the United States Army during World War II. After the service he worked as a postal carrier for the US Post Office for many years.

Survivors include his sister, Dorothy Alberhasky of Iowa City, Iowa. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and by great nieces and nephews.
