Mary Jane Olson, 50, of North Liberty, died June 27, 2006 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics after a two-year battle with ovarian cancer.

Mary was born August 11, 1955 in Kenosha, WI the daughter of James and Norma (Glasman) Delwiche.

Mary is survived by her two children, Steffen Delwiche of North Liberty and Vanessa Olson; companion Tom Mitchell of Iowa City, three sisters, Janet Delwiche (Tim Nolte) of Solon, Joan (Don) Hall of Kenosha, WI, and Joy Delwiche of Bristol, WI, nephew Donnie Hall.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents and nephew, Dale Hall.

She will be missed greatly by her dear friends Mindy Sotzen and Willie Reese; Brian Meyers (Roseville, IL); Greg Tschudy and Shelly Hadley (North Liberty); and Rich Peterson (Pismo Beach, CA).
