Bailey Ella Parker, beautiful infant daughter of Mike and Brenda Parker, of Iowa City was born silently Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at Mercy Hospital.

A memorial fund for the concern of theHELPINGS program, a program to help families in need has been established C/O Hills Bank & Trust. Arrangements are with Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service.

Bailey is survived by her parents; maternal grandparents, Pat and Jean Harney of Iowa City and Jerry and Mamie Parker of Ottumwa; aunts. Lisa Smith, Laura Parker and
Marty Sandegren, all of Ottumwa; her uncle, Dan Harney of Cedar Rapids; and numerous relatives.
