Ron Keech of Iowa City, Iowa, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Tuesday, October 16, 2007, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. Ron was the W. E. Scott Chair of Education in Pediatric Ophthalmology at the University of Iowa. He is survived by his wife, daughter, son, son-in-law, and granddaughter. Arrangements are with Lensing Funeral Home for a private burial. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
