Services:Graveside services will be held Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at 1:00 pm at Ankeny Memorial Gardens. (on Highway 69 in Ankeny)
Visitation:There will be no visitation. Ardith chose to be cremated.
Ardith Davis, 77, of 1500 First Ave. died Wednesday, December 31, 2008 at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City following a long illness.

Ardith was a longtime resident of Ankeny. She moved to Coralville in 2005 to be near her family.

Survivors include two daughters, Shala
(Stephen) Street of Coralville and Shelley Mohler of Phoenix, AZ; two grandsons and three great grandchildren.

Ardith was preceded in death by her husband, Arthur.
