Milton D. Feeney, 70 of rural Solon died Friday, February13, 2009 at Mercy Hospital
following an extended illness.

Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 3pm, Thursday, February 19, 2009 at St. Wenceslaus Church with Rev. Michael Phillips officiating. Memorials may be directed to the Milton D. Feeney Memorial Fund. Arrangements are with Lensing Funeral and Cremation Service.

Milton was born November 10, 1938 in Davenport, Iowa, the son of Charles and Helen
Feeney. On June 24, 1967 Milt married Sandra Jones.

Milt was employed at Regina High School since 1986 where he was in charge of maintaining the physical plant. He was a member of St. Wenceslaus Church. Milt liked to camp and fish. He was gifted at working with his hands and fixing things for family and friends. He will be greatly missed.

Milt is survived by his loving wife and four children; Shane (Paula) Feeney of North Liberty, Martin Feeney and Holly (James) Arnold, both of Iowa City and Michael (Joy)
Feeney of Coralville; five grandchildren, Bryan, Heather, Danielle, Keegan and Katelynn; great grandson Nicholas.

He was preceded in death by his parents, stepfather Albert, and brothers Willis and Richard.
