Mrs. Eva Zeithamel, 73, Will Be Buried Monday
Mrs. Eva Zeithamel, 73, died at her home at 814 North Dodge street at 6:15 o'clock this morning after a lingering illness of two months.
She came to Iowa City at the age of 18 from Czecho-Slovakia and resided here the remainder of her life. She was a member of St. Wenceslaus church.
Surviviors include one son, William F. Zeithamel of Iowa City; three grandchildren, Bill Jr., Robert and Richard Zeithamel, all of Iowa City, four nieces and three nephews. One brother, Joseph K. Schindler, preceded her in death four years ago.
Funeral services will be held at 9 o'clock Monday morning at St. Wenceslaus church with burial in Oakland cemetery. The remains will be at the McGovern Funeral home until time of the service.
