Devon Blake and Caleb David DeLeon, infant sons of Jason and Tracy Clark DeLeon, of 961 Boston Way, Coralville died Tuesday, February 5, 2002, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics following complications of premature birth.

Family and friends are invited for a gathering time of support to be held from 7pm to 8:30 p.m. Saturday, February 9, 2002 at Gay & Ciha Funeral and Cremation Service in Iowa City.

In addition to their parents, Jason and Tracy; grandparents, Madeleine and David John Clark of Lakeland, FL, and Ralph and Karen DeLeon of Deltona, FL; Aunts and uncles, Anne Marie Clark of Roanoke, VA, Kelley Jean Clark and Johnathan Peter Clark of Lakeland, FL, Chris DeLeon and Steven DeLeon Deltona, FL.
