Wm. Floyd SWARTZ, 80, died in Iowa City this morning. Fell Cemetery.
Born Oct. 22, 1876, in Jefferson County, son of Henry and Hattie BLACK SWARTZ; married May 27, 1900, Mary Alta RODIBAUGH who died Sept. 18, 1936. Methodist.
Survived by a son, Floyd, who lives in Muscatine, one daughter, Mrs. Nellie SPIKER, Amarillo, Texas; five grandchildren and three greatgrandchildren; a brother Sam, Bonaparte; a sister, Lillie CASE, Sacramento, Cal., and a half-brother, Lee LOVELESS, Washington. Preceded in death by wife, parents, and one daughter in infancy.
