FFA Members stress farm safety and ag careers

Five members of the Mid-Prairie FFA chapter presented information about FFA and Agricultural Awareness to the Middle School Ag Life Sciences on Oct. 2.
Members spoke to the sixth graders about Farm Safety and Ag Careers.
The seventh graders completed a "What is Ag" drawing and created agricultural items important to them out of play dough.
The eighth graders learned more about the Mid-Prairie FFA Chapter and FFA members answered questions about high school.

FFA members speaking to the seventh graders are Greta Schmidt and Austin Slabaugh. Other members who assisted with the presentations were Jacob Busch, Hunter Eden, and Becca Frantz.
