Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Robert's Will Observe 50th Anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Clifford M. Roberts of Oxford will celebrate fifty years of marriage with an open house on Sunday, October 17, from 2:00 to 4:30 p.m. at the Sharon Center United Methodist Church.
Hosting the event will be the couple's three children and their families; Mr. and Mrs. Leonard E. Roberts of Maquoketa; Mr. and Mrs. KaDel (Ada) Urice of Vinton and Mr. and Mrs. Ray (Lois) Fergus of Cedar Rapids. They have twelve grandchildren.
The couple was married October 21, 1926, at the Sharon Center parsonage. She is the former Mary Showalter of Roseland, Nebraska. They still reside at the farm where Mr. Roberts was born. No gifts please!
