NOTICE OF ADMINISTRATOR'S
SALE.
In pursuance of an order of the district court of Johnson county, Iowa, made this 14th day of December, 1908, the same being at the November, 1908, term of said court, the undersigned as administrator of the estate of Hellen Glick, late of said county, deceased, will sell at public auction, on the 12th day of January, 1909, at two o'clock P. M, on the premises, the following described real estate belonging to said decedent's estate:
Lot number six (6) in block number eight (8) of Iowa City, Iowa, according to the recorded plat thereof, for cash.

Many rulings were made by Judge Howell in the district court yesterday afternoon, and numerous suits were brought to an end or pushed towards conclusion[?], hereby.

The court calendar bears these new entries in old and recent cases, as a ****** of the rushing of business by the judge yesterday.
F. J. Glick vs James Glick et al--R* h Otto appointed guardian ad**** for Leo Sodorna and Helen Sadorn*[a?] ****ming shares. Sale ordered either at public or private sale. Paul A. Korab appointed referee. bon $3000. Appraiser named as follows: c. M. Reno, W * Weeber and John Mauces?.

NOTICE OF REFEREE'S SALE.
(In Partition.)
By virute [sic] of an order of sale, directed to the undersigned referee, from the clerk of the district court of Johnson county, Iowa, on a judgment obtained in said court, on the 2nd day of February, 1909, in favor of F. J. Glick as plaintiff, and against James Glick et al as defendants, for the partition of the real estate named and described in the said plaintiff's petition, I will on the 2nd day of March A. D. 1909, offer for sale to the highest and best bidder the following real estate, to wit:
Lot Number Five (5) in block Number Two (2) of Wood's Addition to Iowa City, Iowa, according to the recorded plat thereof.
Terms of sale: cash.
said sale to take place in front of the court house door in Iowa City, Iowa, at the hour of two o'clock, p. m. of said day when and where due attendance will be given by the undersigned.

House and Lot on East Bloomington
Street Sold Yesterday
-----
The estate of James J. Glick was sold at execution sale yesterday afternoon. This is the property located at the corner of Reno and Bloomington streets and was sold to satisfy the partition suit. Jos. Wiehl of Penn township purchased the property for $1525. It consists of a lot and a six room house.
