The university of Wisconsin announces its degree conferred during the current week's commencement to a large number of Iowa students, including Clark Belknapp of Iowa City, formerly a winner of a degree of M. A. at the Upper Iowa university, at Fayette. He takes the degree of Bachelor of Arts at Wisconsin.
Other Hawkeyes to win degrees are as follows:
The University of Wisconsin at its commencement this week conferred 851 diplomas and certificates and three honorary degrees. Among the graduates were: Letters and Science, Bachelor of Arts, Marie A. Carey, Sioux City, Ia.; Grace Hofstetter, Lyons, Ia.; Gertrude Lukes, Sioux City, Ia.; Amy Meier, Postville, Ia.; William Mouer, Lake City, Ia.; Helen Mighell, Lake City, Ia.; Emma Wohlenberg, Holstein, Ia. Bachelor of M Arts, Oliver Maher, Fort Dodge, Ia. Mechanical Engineering course, George Glick, Marshalltown, Ia.; Amos Pearsall, Des Moines, Ia.; Electrical Engineering course, Charles Belsky, Dubuque, Ia. Graduate School Master of Arts, Irwin Billman, B. L. (Ohio Northern University,) Storm Lake, Ia.; Forrester Stanley, B. S. (Simpson College) Indianola, Ia.; Mechanical Engineer, Robert Bailey, B. S.
