IOWA CITY GIRL
---
George L. Forrey of Marshalltown, and Miss Hazel Marshall, of Iowa City, were united in marriage yesterday afternoon, at 4:30 o'clock, at the home of the bride's mother, Mrs. Elizabeth Marshall, at 23 No. Lucas street.
The officiating clergyman was Rev. Mr. Furniss of West Liberty. The event was exceedingly simple, and there was none in formal attendance.
The bride is one of Iowa City's capable young teachers, and the educational circles of the city will miss her long and sincerely. Her scores of friends, admiring her winning traits of character, will wish her a lifelong dual journey of joy. The groom was graduated from the university college of Applied Science (mining department) at the commencement exercises at S. U. I. yesterday. As a class leader he became an able engineer and deserves success.
After a visit with his people in Marshalltown he will locate in Silverton, Col., whither Mr. and Mrs. Forrey will ???? the beneficent invocations of scores of well-wishers.
