Mr. and Mrs. Frees to Note 50th Wedding Anniversary

Mr. and Mrs. Edward Frees will celebrate their Golden Wedding anniversray Wednesday, February 15, at their home in Oxford.

Open house will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. A family dinner was held Sunday at the C.S.A. Hall.

Mr. and Mrs. Frees are the parents of 10 children, all of whom are living. Their six sons are Marvin, Leonard and Edward of Oxford; Robert of Iowa City; Francis of Harriman Tenn, and John of North Rickland, Wash. Their daughters are Mrs. Leon Hines, Cedar Rapids; Mrs. James Schneider, Davenport; Mrs. Don Farrens, Clarinda; and Mrs. Harry Laschke, Iowa City.

They have 24 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
