Wm J.MARTIN in Penn twp 1870???

Does anyone have a William J. MARTIN in their line or know of his where-a-bouts? I found a Wm on a 1870 IA census, in Penn twp. Jefferson Co. and he was listed as 25 yrs old, which would be right age for my gr uncle, who was born 1845 in PA. I know he was in Jones Co. during this time period, also. I would greatly appreciate help from anyone, in finding what happened to William J.MARTIN after he left Jones Co. Thank you so very much.
