Evergreen Cemetery, lot Old.P.379

HAYWOOD, LANGFORD, THOMPSON, GUDGEL

Nancy Haywood (1805-77) is buried in Evergreen Cemetery (lot Old.P.379) with what are apparently two of her granddaughters, Effie May (1865-69) and Dollie (1884-86) Thompson.
The obelisk on the lot has the name “Thompson.” The index lists the lot owner as J.S. Thompson. Is there a record showing what his initials stood for?
Also, the cemetery index lists Nancy Haywood’s maiden name as Thompson, apparently based on an assumption from the surname on the marker. Documentation from Knox County, Ohio, and the application for a veteran’s grave marker for Nancy Haywood’s son, Thomas J. Haywood, show Nancy’s maiden name as Langford (three of her sisters are buried in the Cholera Cemetery in Pitt Township).
I also noted that John Gudgell and his wife Lucinda Sophia (Haywood) are also buried in lot Old.P.379. Are others buried in this lot besides these five persons?
Thanks
