There are 99 items on the Jefferson County website between the two spellings of the surname.... far too many to list here, and far too much time involved researching whom I know not.

Start small, with a couple people, and search for cemetery listings. There may be obituaries on the site for the people you're interested in. Branch out from the clues they give you. Otherwise you'll be left looking through a ton of info that you can't make heads or tails of. Family research isn't something that's accomplished overnight... I've been working on my own family for nearly 40 years. You need to have a starting point to work from, usually YOU, and work backwards from there. That's the only way to make any sense of it.
