Hi Jackie, I am a genealogy researcher in Jefferson County. I found an obituary for Clarence William Anderson. Although it is more of an account of the accident than it is an obituary. It doesn't even name his parents. There is also an account of the funeral in a later paper. I have also located a death record. Contact me at my e-mail address if you are interested.
