I am seeking proof of the death location and burial and possible photo of headstone for Samuel Lybarger

Supposed to be inscribed onto the headstone:

Sacred to the memory of Samuel Lybarger, who departed this life, November the 19th, 1847, Age 27 years, 7 months and 9 days

Samuel came to Battle Creek, Michigan from Steuben Co., Indiana about 1906-1914. He opened a second hand clothing store with his son Clyde. Samuel's great-grandson, John Lavern Lybarger has a copy of a four page letter to a Mr. Leonard Carpenter (unknown) stating the facts and dates of his family history as he knew it in 1917. Samuel P. Lybarger was baptized a member of the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints on 18 December 1886 by B. V. Springer. He attended the Battle Creek, Michigan Branch.
