Resetting Gravestones

I would like to hire a qualified person to straighten William Hopkirk's(1811-1891) headstone located in the Hopkirk Cemetery(not the Hopkirk Family Cemetery), near Lockridge. I've read on-line that amateurs should not attempt doing this because you may create more problems than you solve, including permanently damaging the stone.
You can view his headstone at the link below, it is the third photo and it appears to have a very heavy base. If anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful. Thank you, John Hopkirk
