Nell or Nellie Henry Stephens

Trying to find where my grandmother died and was buried. She was Nell or Nellie Henry, married Archibald/Archie Stephens in Hedrick Iowa (her parents home) 2 Sep 1912. She died a few months after my mother was born, thinking early in 1915 (the local census was out, but that is un-dated, my mom was born 11 Nov 1914). Anyway, no record of where Nell died or was buried. Many of the family at Martinsburg Cemetery, but it is not well documented. Any ideas or information that would lead me to more detail?
