As corresp secy for Jefferson Co Genie Society I can tell you there is a marriage record here for William and Margaret that shows parents of both.
There are also birth records of other children besides Wm Earl in the birth records we have copied from the courthouse. There are marriage records for some of those children, as well as cemetery inscriptions for them. There are also family sheets for Williams parents and also for Margaret Sisson's parents.

Do you live closeby and could visit? Or do you want to spend $7.00 and I will send you it all?
