Looking for any information available on family of Martha Murphy Bennett born 20 Dec 1794, Berkeley, VA, Died 22 Dec 1842 Fairfield, Jefferson Co, Iowa. Married William Bennett about 1812 Mason Co, Kentucky, lived in Parke Co, IND where husband died in 1831.
Martha said to have come to Iowa with sons and families. One daughter Sarah "Nellie" Bennett born 15 Dec 1829, Parke Co IND married 1848 to John Nevins in Polk Co, IA died in Valley Falls,Grasshopper Twsp, Jefferson Co, Kansas 2 Oct 1878.
