Adam ADAMSON and Susannah HOBSON

I'm seeking information about
Adam ADAMSON Birth 23 Oct 1823 in Lost Creek, Jefferson, Tennessee, United States
Death 15 Feb 1859 in Des Moines, Iowa, United States
and
Susannah HOBSON
Birth 1827 in Indiana, United States
Death 9 March 1878 in Polk County, Iowa USA

From another researcher I got information that they were married in Pleasant Plain in 1849. I'm unsure of the search and I've been trying to verify it and gather more family information like parents and siblings. I believe that since they are also buried in Greenwood "Friends" Cemetery and their migration, that they would have been Quakers.

I did look through the marriage lists but nothing is there on either of them. Any information would be helpful, thank you in advance.
