It surely has been 12 years ago when you were Mrs
Mary Reasonaeu that you contacted the Jefferson Co
Gen. Society. At that time I found your John
Lanigan on the l856 census in Lockridge township
under Lagan in House #290. I also found little
Bridget on the l860 mortality schedule for Lockridgetownship and you told me he worked on the railroad
Bridget never got a gravestone whatsoever in what
you felt was Lockridge Cemetery. You have been
here yourself I know as you posted pictures of other stones in that cemetery on Find A Grave of some individuals you are not related to at all.

If I recall he died in Wapello County but you
never shared anything for our filing cabinet
that has over l0,000 family sheets so have
nothing to refer to whatsoever.

Am sure you will recall my answering you.....it
seems like just yesterday and I do not save
copies of my old correspondence ...............verda baird
