John Long came to Iowa after 1857 where his son,John,was born in Ohio. He settled for a while in Wayland, Henry Co. but where did he go from there? He was a blacksmith by trade. His son John's wife died and he divided his children among we suppose relatives, one of which may have been Mrs. Ed. Norton of Chariton. Thanks. Jane
