I found and purchased a family bible family record page at the current Planned Parenthood Book Sale in Des Moines-figured it should be gotten back to its proper family descendants-anyway the sheet is copyrighted to 1872 and the dates-births-marriages and deaths were entered in blue ink at that time with some later additions-Elliott Davis is curiously mentioned on the county website as having his estate probated in early 1883. Lists parents Elliott and Mary Lynn, born near West Newton, PA and their children born same William C., Edgar, Edwin, Harriet, Ella, Harmer, Samuel and Elisabeth, and the last two born at Fairfield, Alvert and Margaret. Any descendant or local genealogical entity interested, absent the former, can have it for $1.50 plus postage! 515-274-3625
