William Potter McMillan is the full name. Born about 1827 in Westmoreland Co PA. Married Margaret Grousbeck Jan of 1850. He listed Jefferson Co as his home county on the marriage certificate. I had thought maybe he may have taught school just north of Birmingham at some small school in Jefferson Co. Can't find clues as to who his parents were. Thank you for trying to find something for us. Appreciate the help very much!
