James Finley Wycoff

I am researching the Wycoff family in Jefferson County. Hoping there is a probate or will for James Finley Wycoff b. 28 Jul 1798 in PA, died in Jefferson Co, 27 Jul 1846
His wife was Rachel Cisel Wycoff, b. 20 Oct 1778 NJ, d. 12 Sep 1855, Marion Co. IA

Am attempting to make a connection between James Finley and his daughter Elizabeth Bruce Wycoff
who married William H.H. Rhamey/Ramey in Wayne Co. OH.

Elizabeth and Wm H.H. lived in Fairfield, Jefferson Co and both died there.
Have an obituary for Elizabeth, but would like to have an obit for Wm. H.H. d. 10 Nov 1897 also in Fairfield.

Working on a DAR application so needs to be a document with source.
Am willing to pay for copies and time.
Will appreciate hearing from you, knowing if this request is possible.
