Some researcher is sure putting out false information as there are NO PROBATE boxes at the Fairfield Public Library. We have family sheets on those Congers at the library.

Probate boxes you referenced to are in the Clerk Of Court Office at the Courthouse......boxes # l thru 25 are in the top row near the l4 ft ceiling
in the vault area. After Verda Baird quit doing it, not sure who you could hire to do it. That old aluminum ladder is quite scary The Clerk of Court office refuses to do it and will not answer you.
