Announcing the Ruggles 2003 Reunion!!! Ruggles Reunions have been held annually since the 1950's. Most of the reunions have been held in the Ruggles home county, Lewis Co., Kentucky. While alternately they have been held in Kansas where many of the descendants emmigrated. This will be Iowa's first Ruggles Reunion of Descendants of the Lewis County, Kentucky family. Descendents of William Ruggles, Nancy Ruggles Osborne, and Jesse Ruggles from Keokuk/Jefferson Co. are welcome. It will be held June 21-22 in Creston, Iowa. Creston is in western Iowa on US Highway 34. We have several nice motels and campgrounds for those who want to come and stay the weekend. If you want drive over we will be have a Saturday Supper together and then on Sunday we will join for church services and a potluck dinner.
