Unknown Cemetery

KURTZ, RECK, PECK, KISOWSKE, BAITINGER AND OTHERS

I located a cemetery that I thought was in Jefferson County, but am unable to locate it. I photographed it and would like to upload the photos, but I don't know what county I was in.
At the front of the cemetery is a sign that says Jefferson County Heritage Trail.
Can someone help me?
Names Margaret and Elmer Baitinger, Bertha Kaufman,dau.of Jacob Kaufman, Martin Kurtz, Joseph Peck and others.
