I am researching my GGG Grandparents ant think that I may have located them in Jefferson County Iowa. There names are James A and Maria Armstrong and are listed in the Brethren (Dunkard) Cemetery Des Moines Township, Section 4as well as the 1880 census. Here is a link.

I'm no expert but it appears the the census list them as workers at the poor farm. Are there poor farm records?

What I'm trying to accomplish is proving that these are my grandparents. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
