From the Abingdon Cemetery as copied about l958
are these stones all in a row:
Long, illegible dau of U & S Long(first wife!!

died Jan 11, l862 age 21 yrs.
Long, Dian P dau of U & R died July 4, l864 age 5 yr
Long David son of J & NE no date
Long Stephen T Company E l7th Ia Inf

other research dates: l844 - 1862 Aug 11
Long Thomas N Company F 7th Ia Inf.

other research dates: l846 - l864 Jun 03
Long, Rebecka, wife of Uriah

died Apr 28, l866 age 37 yrs
Long, Uriah died Nov 4, l878 age 67y l0m l7d

So it is evident it is buried now under grass
since l958 - 50 yrs ago. Guess it needs some
probing to find it.
