Hello,
My ancestor Swan Nelson immigrated to Jefferson Co Iowa from Sweden around 1880 with his wife JOhanna and seven sons. I am trying to get his naturalization records! If this is your Swan, I believe mine was born about 1839 (sweden)and died in 1901 (iowa) according to a probate record my mother saw but doesn't have. Johanna is buried in Galesburg, Illinois.
