Liberty Mission Baptist Church

Was there ever (or possibly today) a Liberty Mission Baptist Church in Jefferson County?

My GGG-Grandfather was a minister there and I'm trying to find any record whatsoever on him and where/when he was buried.

Please let me know if the church still stands and if they are in a phonebook or on the web.
