William Warner is not in l838-1851 index to wills.
He is not listed in probate index l838 to l96l
He is not listed in guardianship records
He is not listed as owner of any land in the l843
tax list, just personal property worth $60.
He is not in the grantee/grantor index books "A and B"
of land covering l839 thru Jan l855
this is on LDS roll 964812 for reference.
He is not listed as having a land patent where he
bought land for $l.25 per acre in Jefferson County
directly from the government.

There is a 2 page family sheet on Wm Warner in the file
at the library submitted in 2001 by Beth Warner Perona if interested. Do you know her?
His last baby was born in l848, and by l850
are living in Mahaska Co IA.
