i have a date ofabout 1839 of marriage in jefferson county,iowa. this would be jemima ? sears m. ?scott. i'm not sure if jemima was her actual name i know they later had children in iowa. nancy, mary, john,harriet and joe.all went to jackson county,or , except the father, who died on the platte river. any info would be great. thank you, ggg granddaughter of jemima.
