Sarah Day and John Clarence Allbright

I am searching for Sarah Day, born abt. 1853 in Washington County, In. She was the daughter of James Day and Elizabeth Fulmer Day. Her mother, Elizabeth Day died in Jefferson County, Iowa in 1862, buried Mt. Zion Cemetery.

Sarah moved in 1866 to Macon County, Mo with her father and family. She had aunts and uncles still in Jefferson Co.,Iowa such as David and Nancy Hinkle, Jacob Day and many cousins. Could the Sarah Day that married John Clarence Allbright in Jefferson County, Iowa in 1875 be the Sarah Day I am looking for? David and Nancy Day Hinkle raised their children, and then two additional sets of children whose related parents had died. It is possible that Sarah Day may have returned to Jefferson Co., Iowa to help her aunt Nancy with these children.
