Dear Bryan:
I feel I have written to you before. There is a family sheet in the Fairfield Iowa Library genealogy drawer on this family....compleete with names and full birth dates of all the children. Dorcas died l7 Sept l877 and yes is buried in Jefferson County. No doubt James went to live near one of his children. Looks like are are desc from Elmira which we have no information on except buried in Columbia Cemetery.

The lady who typed the sheet is deceased county researcher, and she had been writing to Mrs Henry Grimes desc from James Quincy, Elmira's brother.

I charge $2.50 to go 9 miles to town and want a long SASE envelope also. Would you share something on Elmira and husband the Rooker for our growing files? Are some of those other children buried in that same Cemetery as Elmira?
