Rauscher family

I have been sent part of a biography, taken from a book, but with no citation or further information. The article about Adam F. Rauscher begins on page 132, but ends abruptly after line 9 on page 134 with the words "whose energies have been devoted to the developing and upbuilding of the".
The words "History of Jefferson County" is written at the top of each page.
Can anyone provide the exact title of the book or send me the remaining page(s)of the biography.
I look forward to hearing from someone familiar with this subject.
In return for the kind deed, I will be glad to do some genealogy research in Washington, D.C. where I live.
